Role description

Main tasks and responsibilities

As Operations Manager for a new organization launching new products, you will guide and form the operational team enabling the fulfillment of this product in the market.

  • Organization and management of all processes, KPIs and supporting systems
  • Sourcing and contractual negotiations with all suppliers and external partners
  • Oversight of production as well as in- and out-bond logistic matters
  • Responsibility for quality assurance and compliance
  • Organization, support and coordination of HR and IT services

Education and experience

  • 10 years experience in a similar role preferably in a small company scaling up
  • Experience with putting new products into production
  • Master’s degree in business, industrial engineering, operations management or MBA
  • Enterprise architecture
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards highly valued
